Installation Notes:
First, check whether the frame and phoenix leaf are deformed,
whether the fan leaf rotates flexibly, and
whether there is friction. Check that all fasteners are complete
and tight.
The line voltage must match the rated voltage on the motor
nameplate.
Check the insulation resistance of the motor with a soov
megohmmeter. If the resistance value is less than
10MO, use the drying method or the short-circuit current method.
Dry coal treatment to make its insulation resistance greater than
1OMO.
A small explosion-proof switch must be used as a power switch, or
an ordinary switch must be installed in
an outdoor non-explosive hazard.
The outer diameter of the cable connected to the power supply
should be consistent with the sealing ring.
After tightening and pressing the nut, it should be ensured that
the sealing ring is connected to the cable, and
the sealing ring is connected to the outlet nozzle.
No gap, otherwise the flameproof performance will be lost.
The non-wiring part of the explosion-proof motor cannot be
disassembled at will. When wiring, open the
cover of the wiring room, and connect the lead wire to the
terminal. After connecting, cover the cover and
tighten the screws so that the gap between the explosion-proof
surface is less than 0.2mm, and then tighten
the outgoing wire. device so that the leads cannot move.
Pay attention to the protection of the explosion-proof surface
during installation. There should be no bumps
and bumps. If there is damage or corrosion, it should be repaired
according to the "Regulations on the
Treatment of Explosion-proof Surface Defects of Explosion-Proof
Electrical Equipment".
